Stakes in tolled Colombian highways operated by the engineering, infrastructure and concessions firm Sacyr may be put on the market. The firm’s six tolled highways in Colombia are worth a total of US$4.42 billion.
The company has said it may sell stakes in the concession rights to some or all of these six routes. The firm is looking to sell minority shares in each of the highway assets. However, it may also take the option of selling all of the rights to some of the routes.
